And he advocates empowering the workforce to be fluent in communications, leadership skills and confidence to deliver. Dharsh believes integrity, honesty, respect, empathy, fairness and communication are a few attributes which makes one successful as a leader.

Marion has over 18+ years of software and business experience with Fortune 1000 companies and startups. Marion is an entrepreneur, investor, advisor and speaker in cannabis and other industries. Marion is often a speaker and panelist at various cannabis events on both compliance and investing both domestically and internationally. Marion has started, built and sold a variety of technology startups ranging from automotive, philanthropic and real-estate software.

Alain is an entrepreneur, investor and advisor to a variety of early stage private and public companies, with over 30 years of finance, M&A, restructuring and management experience. Alain was the founder and CEO of a turn around group which acquired the Manischewitz Company, subsequently sold to Bain & Company in 2014. He was also Head of Corporate Finance at BNP Paribas, following the acquisition of his boutique Corporate Finance company. Alain is also the Co-founder of New York Angels, one of the leading early stage investment groups in the US.
