Diana Walker, Founder and CEO of Walker Impact Strategies, has spent over 15 years witnessing the power of partnerships to impact lasting social change. Today, Diana focuses her work with small and large private sector clients across multiple industries to help them build and execute public-private partnership strategies to scale social impact globally. Prior to starting Walker Impact Strategies, Diana spent twelve years building and facilitating cross-sector partnerships between the United Nations and Fortune 500 companies, governments and Heads of State, non-profits and foundations, entrepreneurs, and high-level individuals to help further the United Nations' work to create meaningful social impact in communities around the world. She also built and managed the UN Foundation's Global Entrepreneurs Council, www.unfoundation.org/gec. Diana sits on the Board of Counterpart International in Washington, DC, the Posner Center in Denver, CO and the Global Innovation Summit in Silicon Valley, CA. She is also a member of the BMW Foundation's Young Leaders Forum. Well rounded professional with extensive experience as a business executive, corporate attorney, entrepreneuer and business advisor. General management, business development and sales, public and private company General Counsel, complex commercial transactions and global business expertise. Since 2011, Jim has been engaged in investment banking and business and legal advisory services for mid and small sized companies with both EMA Partners and now with Mogul Advisors. Jim’s expertise spans advisory services for mergers & acquisitions, capital raising and business and corporate development across multiple industries. Jim also serves on the Advisory Council at the University of Colorado Denver, Jake Jabs Center for Entrepreneurship and as an advisor to several emerging companies. Jim was the Co-Founder of Cloud 10 Corp, a customer service outsourcing company utilizing work-at-home customer service representatives across the United States. After financing, launching and rapidly and profitably growing Cloud 10, Jim and his co-founder sold Cloud 10 to Transcom Worldwide, SA in 2010.

Founder of Burrtech
Justin Culver’s belief in the power of simple, innovative technology solutions, combined with a deep involvement in local and international philanthropic projects, has driven his work for more than a decade. Culver founded Burrtech in 2000. The success of the IT managed service provider lead the way five years later to the founding of his second company, bWERX, which produces Software as a Service (SaaS) products – including its cornerstone technology, eTransmittal.com, a document management tool. Burrtech’s successful growth led Mr. Culver to hand the company reins over to its current CEO, David Raymes, in 2014, so he could further focus on bWERX and also create Cyrus, a business accelerator investment company that takes in outside investments and rolls them into multiple business start-ups at various stages of their development. He is also on the board of Barnabas charities, which organizes and ships containers of shoes and other daily needs to children in parts of South Africa. A resident of Denver who is active in the real estate community, Mr. Culver is familiar with the industry and its transactions and is currently developing five properties. He was raised in Colorado, where he graduated from the Colorado School of Mines in 1999 with a degree in mechanical engineering and computer science.

Marion Mariathasan, Founder and Managing Partner of Ceylon Solutions, has been in the tech space for over 16 years. Prior to finding Ceylon Solutions, Marion served in various roles ranging from Project Manager to COO in fortune 500 companies to start-ups. Marion serves as an advisor to multiple companies and is also heavily involved in the philanthropic and social entrepreneurial space. He was invited to participate as a Global Accelerator Delegate for the United Nations Foundation in 2014. He has been a speaker at the University of Colorado Denver, Nexus Global Summit and Denver Startup Week on the topics of entrepreneurship, social entrepreneurship and technology. He was also featured by the Denver Business Journal in their “Making Their Mark” series in addition to one of his companies being awarded “The Next Big Thing” by Denver Startup Week.

Matt Robinson is a digital media and technology executive, advisor and investor. Matt is the founder of Magnetik Partners, a venture partner at Boldstart Ventures and the former CEO of Attributor. Following Attributor’s acquisition by Digimarc (DMRC), Matt served as President of Digimarc Guardian. Earlier in his career Matt was Vice President and Associate General Counsel at Yahoo! (YHOO) and held leadership roles at Reel.com (HLYW). Matt is an active member of the Young Presidents Organization (YPO), the UCLA Venture Fund and the Telluride Venture Association.
